Early Career Researcher (ECR)Working Groups
One of the key priorities of Future Earth is to attract early-career professionals from diverse disciplines and fields—defined as anyone who has embarked on a career related to sustainable development within the past 10 years, including those who have earned a Ph.D. within the past 10 years, Ph.D. candidates, and professionals working in the fields of society, policy, practice, and research.
The Early-Career Researchers Working Group aims to bring together professionals to strengthen research capacity in sustainability science—with the goal of developing solutions for sustainable development and enhancing understanding of the physical, biogeochemical, and human dimensions of global environmental change.
