We are proud to announce that IRDR ICOE Taipei's capacity-building program has been featured in a special issue of the Journal of Disaster Research (JDR, Vol. 18). This issue includes a brief overview of our program, alongside three research articles, thanks to support from the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction (NCDR) and Academia Sinica.
